Your cooking supplies should include three types of Ziplocs: one box of sandwich bags, and one each of gallon and quart size freezer bags. If it can come out of a bulky carton or container and into a Ziploc, do it. You will be surprised how all those little individual weight and space savings add-up to substantial reductions.
